At the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm, Mathias Dahlgren’s renowned Seafood Gastro restaurant presents a tasting menu showcasing aquatic ingredients sourced from the waters. On Friday, April 19, marks the debut of the restaurant’s gastronomic Friday lunches, offering both the full tasting experience and a condensed version with shorter seating times.
Seafood Gastro relies primarily on wild ingredients from Scandinavia. They meticulously select suppliers to supplement their tasting menus with top-quality marine ingredients not commonly found in the local vicinity, sourced from healthy waters and sustainable stocks.
Gastronomic Fridays at Seafood Gastro are available every Friday from 12:00 to 17:00. The restaurant’s regular hours are Wednesdays through Saturdays, from 6:30 pm to midnight. Reservations can be made via www.mdghs.se.
