The Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance (OCAPICA) announced the return of its fundraising event, “Tastemakers of Orange County,” which will take place on Wednesday, September 13th, running from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event venue is the Julianne and George Argyros Plaza, situated at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa.
