Emeril Lagasse is preparing to launch his inaugural restaurant in collaboration with Caesars Entertainment, named Emeril’s Brasserie. The establishment, which draws inspiration from French cuisine, is slated to debut in late 2023 as a component of the extensive renovation project transforming Harrah’s New Orleans into Caesars New Orleans.
Emeril’s Brasserie will showcase a fusion of French culinary traditions and Emeril’s renowned Creole flavors. The restaurant will provide a comprehensive dining experience, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, complemented by a fast-casual coffee shop and bakery known as the Petite Brasserie.
Accessible from both the casino floor and Canal Street, Emeril’s Brasserie will welcome guests of all ages. This marks the first time Caesars New Orleans offers an option for patrons under the age of 21, although those in that age bracket must enter through the Canal Street entrance.
Diners will have the choice to relish their meals in the opulent dining room, which evokes the ambiance of a brasserie, or opt for the patio to savor the enchanting sights of the renowned French Quarter. As for the coffee shop and bakery, they will cater to individuals seeking a prompt service, with access from the casino floor restricted to those over the age of 21.
