The company was now preparing to unveil Dubai’s newest and boldest dining destination at One Za’abeel, solidifying its reputation even further.
A monumental icon known as The Link, the world’s longest cantilever, stood proudly between the dual towers of One Za’abeel. This architectural marvel would house a portfolio of globally renowned chefs, offering a diverse range of flavors and culinary experiences. It was set to become an exceptional location, bringing together 11 exciting culinary concepts under one roof.
Among the lineup of esteemed chefs, Anne-Sophie Pic, the most decorated Michelin-starred female chef in the world, would grace the sophisticated French dining experience at La Dame de Pic. Qabu by Paco Morales, dedicated to celebrating Cordoba’s culinary history, would offer contemporary Moorish cuisine. Paco Morales, known for his dynamic approach to Andalusian cuisine and the recipient of two Michelin stars, would lead the way.
Sagetsu, curated by Tetsuya Wakuda, would elevate traditional and modern Japanese cuisine. With three Michelin stars to his name, Chef Tetsuya Wakuda combined classical French techniques with the Japanese philosophy of utilizing natural, seasonal flavors to create a refined culinary experience.
Bringing Bangkok’s most cutting-edge Thai experiences to the table was DuangDy by Bo.Lan, led by the power duo Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones. Their restaurant, Bo.Lan, had earned one Michelin star and garnered recognition on Asia’s 50 Best List. Known for their commitment to sustainability, they were set to leave a lasting impression on the dining scene at One Za’abeel.
Arrazuna by Mehmet Gürs was set to serve the vibrant cuisines of the Levant and the Arabian Peninsula in a high-end food hall and market, boasting eight open kitchens and gourmet retail. Mehmet Gürs, a renowned Michelin-starred chef, had gained recognition for his innovative Anatolian cuisine.
StreetXO by Dabiz Muñoz, an international street food eatery, offered a unique concept of serving haute cuisine dishes in an informal and unexpected ambiance. Dabiz Muñoz, celebrated as one of Madrid’s most unconventional chefs, drew inspiration from all over the world. With three Michelin stars and being named Best Chef in the World for two consecutive years, he was known for pushing culinary boundaries.
While Kerzner International was known for its global partnerships, One&Only’s homegrown concepts remained at the heart of One Za’abeel. Sphere at The Link was poised to elevate the city’s nightlife, presenting a chic destination bar with panoramic views. The establishment offered creative cocktails, sommelier-selected wines, and captivating entertainment.
Tapasake, perched atop The Link and granting access to the UAE’s longest infinity pool and luxurious cabanas, would serve contemporary Japanese-Peruvian cuisine and cocktails. The venue provided uninterrupted views of the Dubai skyline, creating a stunning backdrop for a unique dining experience.
Located on Level 4, The Garden would house Andaliman, an engaging and interactive restaurant embracing the bold flavors of the Indonesian archipelago. Guests could immerse themselves in a vibrant atmosphere while savoring the diverse culinary delights offered by Andaliman.
