The hotel Meliá Chiang Mai has introduced a new concept known as ‘The Level’, which is a “hotel within a hotel” comprising of 43 rooms and suites, as well as a private lounge and a range of tailored benefits.
Positioned on the upper floors of the 22-story hotel, the rooms available under this scheme include ‘The Level Rooms’, ‘The Level Premium Rooms’, ‘The Level Suites’, and ‘The Level Presidential Suite’ spanning from 30sqm to 113sqm. Guests who book The Level rooms will receive a higher level of services and amenities, such as exclusive access to The Level Lounge located on the 21st floor, which offers snacks and beverages throughout the day, as well as stunning views of the city and the Doi Suthep Temple. The lounge is located beneath the hotel’s Mai The Sky Bar, which is the highest bar in Chiang Mai. The Level Lounge is a visual delight, featuring various artwork installations of umbrella canopies, paying tribute to Chiang Mai’s Bo Sang Umbrella Village.
The services and benefits of The Level include a private breakfast service, afternoon tea, cocktails, and canapés for adults only, along with a dedicated concierge service and private check-in and check-out. Guests will also receive welcome amenities such as fruit, Nespresso coffee machines and capsules, and late check-out.
