After a five-year hiatus, Hacken Lee will return to Singapore to perform at Marina Bay Sands

Renowned artist Hacken Lee will grace the stage at Marina Bay Sands on March 17th for an unforgettable night of music. As the second headliner in the Sands Live concert series, Lee is part of a new initiative by the integrated resort to showcase top entertainment acts from Asia and beyond. With a career spanning over four decades, Lee is celebrated for his nostalgic ballads and modern hits, earning him a spot as one of Hong Kong’s most beloved artists. After a five-year hiatus, Hacken Lee will return to Singapore to perform at Marina Bay Sands. The concert will take place at Sands Grand Ballroom, located on Level 5 of Sands Expo & Convention Centre. Sands Live was first introduced in 2014 as a series of intimate concerts that brought globally acclaimed performers such as The Rolling Stones, Michael Bublé, Aaron Kwok, and Celine Dion to Marina Bay Sands. This March, the entertainment series is being relaunched with singer Joey Yung as the opening act, in a new and expanded initiative to bring in top entertainment acts to Singapore. In its new format, Sands Live will showcase the biggest stars from Asia and beyond in various venues and presentation styles, beyond its original concert series. The relaunched initiative promises to bring more exciting and diverse entertainment experiences to Marina Bay Sands.

About Hacken Lee

Hacken Lee is a well-known Hong Kong Cantopop singer, actor, and television host. He was born on December 6, 1967, in Hong Kong. Hacken began his music career in the late 1980s and quickly gained popularity in the Cantopop scene. He is known for his emotional ballads and has released numerous hit songs throughout his career.

In addition to his singing career, Hacken Lee has also acted in several films and television dramas, including the TVB drama “Looking Back in Anger” and the movie “He’s a Woman, She’s a Man”. He has also hosted several television shows, including the Chinese version of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?”.

Hacken Lee has won numerous awards throughout his career, including the prestigious Golden Melody Award for Best Mandarin Male Singer in 1999. He has collaborated with many other famous Cantopop singers, including Alan Tam and Joey Yung.
