Strings Hotel Nagoya will open on January 21, 2023.  To commemorate the 7th anniversary of the opening, from January 15, 2023 (Sunday) to February 5, 2023 (Sunday), at the French restaurant “Gramercy Suite”, a Van Gogh-inspired parfait will be sold for a limited time.

The restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel.  This time, the 47th installment will be held on December 10, 2022 (Saturday) at the Kanayama South Building Museum Building (formerly Nagoya Boston Museum of Art).

The upper part of the two-tiered parfait is “Sunflower”, and the lower part is “Starry Night”, representing Van Gogh’s work.  The upper row uses milk ice cream, fresh orange macarons, dried oranges, syrup-pickled lemons, and edible flowers. The bottom row uses butterfly pea syrup, champagne jelly, blueberries, and silver leaf.
