Corazon Modern Kitchen announces a new summer menu, launching next week. Located in popular downtown Brea, the restaurant offers a unique menu that focuses on the flavors of the Michoacan region. Corazon’s new main courses consist of inventive dishes, including ribeye enchiladas and seabass tempura chile relleno. Also debuting with the menu is Watermelon Winearita from its cocktail menu.
The menu also has signature dishes that are worth coming in for such a unique open-faced Tamale dish called El Tamal, Tomahawk prepared with Nopalitos, and Queso Fundido. Additionally, the restaurant also has live music performed by singer Jacqueline Valderrama 4 days a week.
