From the garden terrace of Philippe Mille Tokyo, you can see the cherry blossom trees with a total length of about 200m in the garden area of Tokyo Midtown.
“MENU SAKURA” is a special course in which Chef Philip, who loves Japanese culture and beautiful nature and visits Japan every year during the cherry blossom season, expresses the inspiration he received from the beautifully blooming cherry blossoms in spring.
Haruka scented cherry blossom tartar caviar selection
Under the root vegetables such as purple radish and swirl beets that look like delicate cherry blossoms, there is a tartare of cherry blossoms with a slight scent of cherry blossoms, which is made from kelp.
Omar’s Royale Snow Crab and Caviar
This dish is a western version of chawanmushi. The dish is packed with umami of seafood ingredients, a combination of lobster bisque, champagne sauce, snow crab and caviar.
