This year, Joel Robuchon will present the special Easter dessert at three locations in Tokyo. At “Le Cafe de Joel Robuchon” in Nihombashi Takashimaya SC, the restaurant will offer a carrot cheesecake with cinnamon and coconut sorbet. The Easter special dessert set will be offered from March 29 to April 18. Tea and coffee are also included in the set.
At Joel Robuchon Restaurant in Yebisu Garden, a gorgeous Easter egg-shaped chocolate will be offered from March 29 to April 4, 2021. Inside the egg, there are sweet and sour strawberry mousse, and strawberry sorbet. Edible flowers and gold leaf are decorated on the outside of the Easter egg.
Pink Cloud Dessert will be available for both lunch and dinner menu at L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon restaurant in Roppongi Hills. The cloud is made with strawberry mousse and lychee, covered with chocolate. Decorated along the pink cloud are fromage blanc sorbet, strawberry jelly, and fresh sweet potatoes. The dessert will be offered from March 29 to April 4.
