Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris revealed its 2021 Easter Egg Collection with a gourmet pop up shop.

Made with 65 percent Venezuelan dark chocolate, the Signature Egg features chocolate swirls and Piedmont hazelnut praline.  Smooth and delicate texture of the salted butter caramel combines with the crunchiness from the hazelnuts and fleur de sel. 

The Brioche Egg has a smooth chocolate shell finished with a shimmer.  The crunchy puff pastry features notes of vanilla and has a chocolate ganache heart.  The smooth marble version coated with hazelnut gianduja is adorned with a layer dark chocolate and Tahitian vanilla.

Lastly, the Kids’ Egg is sprinkled with puff rice and grilled buckwheat or cocoa shortbread with shards of gavotte and hazelnut gianduja, the 40 percent Peruvian milk chocolate egg provides satisfying crunch. 

The hotel has a created a chocolate pop up shop to celebrate Easter.  Alongside the Easter Egg creations, there are milk chocolate flowers, macadamia pralines with Tahitian vanilla, and dark chocolate with pistachio praline and olive oil.  The flan is made with Tahitian vanilla with smoky notes of chocolate cream infused with Vietnamese black cardamon.  In addition, there is a collection of cookies available in salted butter caramel with fleur de sel and peanut, or coated with dark chocolate.

The Chocolate pop up is open from Thursday, April 1 to Sunday, April 5, 2021 from 10:30 to 6:00 p.m.  The Signature Egg is priced at EUR 85, the Marbled Egg is priced at EUR 36, while the Brioche Egg is EUR 32.
