New 2021 Winter menu at Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo

Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo has launched a new menu for the winter of 2021.  It will be available from November 12, 2021.

Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo will present a total of 6 new beverages and they are available at all three floors of the cafe.  From the Main Bar on the first floor, the Barrel Aged Hot Chocolate features coffee, milk and chocolate.  It also features a soft and creamy mouthfeel that sets it apart from the image of the barrel-aged series that has been offered at Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo. In addition to adding a barrel-aged flavor to the whipped cream, the chocolate syrup with a strong cacao flavor gives it a modest sweetness, resulting in a rich yet refreshing drink.

On the second floor, guests will find drinks such as Matcha affogato, Winter Orange ginger, Hojicha Roasted Shichimi Chocolate.  The Winter Orange Ginger drink has the herbal tea featuring citrus, lavender, and sage.

On third floor, guests can try two new drinks: Winter Strawberry Wine and Kinema Cappucino.  The Winter Strawberry Wine is a hot cocktail with rosé wine, strawberry mint oolong and spices.  This drink will be available until December 25, 2021.

The Kinema Cappuccino is a unique cappuccino-style cocktail using popcorn syrup and real caramel.  The sweetness of the caramel sauce and caramel popcorn toppings and the solid alcoholic taste of the cocktail are a perfect match for a rich cup. It is recommended to enjoy while watching the performance of the bartender who makes cocktails like a scene from a movie.  This drink will also be offered as Cinema Cappuccino in non-alcoholic beverages.

For desserts, there are two cakes to try.  The mousse cake is made with chopped pistachio, raisin, cranberries, apricot jam, and honey mousse.  For decoration, there are various installations appeared throughout the cafe.  A gorgeous space is decorated with 6,000 aurora-colored stars.
